Jacqueline has over twenty years of life sciences consulting, strategic planning, and talent management experience. She started her career in life sciences as a consultant at the Wilkerson Group and moved on to the positions of Manager, Corporate Strategic Planning and Policy at Pfizer Inc. and Managing Consultant in the Office of the Physician and Chief at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Over the last decade, Jackie has focused primarily on staff recruiting, retention and development, with positions as Recruiting Director at Easton Associates and as Associate Director at Navigant/Guidehouse Consulting. Jackie graduated cum laude from Duke University with a B.A in Political Science and Religion. She also holds a Master’s in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Management.
