Jeff has over 10 years of experience in life sciences consulting, with a focus on client strategy from drug discovery through commercialization. Prior to joining Bluestar, Jeff was an Associate Director in the Life Sciences Practice at Navigant, (now known as Guidehouse,) where he led or conducted over 100 engagements with pharma and biotech clients. Jeff specializes in market opportunity assessment, due diligence of licensing and acquisition targets, asset and portfolio valuation, competitive intelligence, and market access and reimbursement. Additionally, he has extensive therapeutic area expertise in nephrology, cardiology, metabolic disorders, and infectious disease, as well as rare, genetically-defined diseases and cancers. Jeff holds a PhD in Physiology and Biophysics from Thomas Jefferson University, and a BS in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University.
