Brooke McCoy
Associate Consultant

Brooke is a life science strategy consultant who focuses on market opportunity assessments and portfolio strategy projects for a wide range of life science companies. Prior to joining Bluestar, she cultivated diverse experiences across the healthcare and life sciences sectors, working as a financial operations intern at HealthTrust Performance Group, an HCA subsidiary, and as a student consultant and intern at Amedisys and Compassus, both leading hospice and home healthcare organizations. She worked as a research assistant in conjunction with the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions, studying behavioral health trends in U.S. police shootings, and also completed a biomedical engineering mentorship program focused on interdisciplinary cancer vaccine design. Brooke received her B.S. in Human and Organizational Development and B.A. in Medicine, Health & Society, with a minor in Business, from Vanderbilt University.
