Raphael is a life science strategy consultant who focuses on market opportunity assessments and portfolio strategy projects for a wide range of life science companies. He holds a PhD in Biology from Albert-Ludwig University Freiburg, conducted in collaboration with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. His doctoral and post-doctoral work specialized in enzyme-prodrug platforms and antibody-drug conjugates for oncology applications. During this time, he also contributed to Nucleate as director of strategy, supporting growth for the student-led biotech organization, and to the Tri-I Consulting Club as an engagement manager, leading strategic growth projects for life science startups. Raphael also holds an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Tübingen and a BSc in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from the University of Jena. He is fluent in German.
