Caroline serves as Human Resources Director at Bluestar BioAdvisors, bringing over seven years of HR leadership experience in healthcare and life sciences consulting. Caroline was previously HR Director at Artisan Healthcare Consulting, where she built the company’s HR operations and strategy from the ground up. When Artisan Healthcare Consulting was acquired by Alira Health, she then became the HR Director for North America. Prior to her time at Artisan, Caroline worked as a Spa Director, managing spa operations and employees with a focus on HR initiatives. Her expertise spans full employee life cycle, including HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, M&A integration, and multi-state compliance. She brings a strategic, people-first approach to every aspect of HR leadership. Caroline holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University.
